Monastic restaurant

The Monastic Restaurant is a place where quality food meets exceptional beer from our own monastery brewery.

We cook with high-quality ingredients, primarily sourced from regional producers, with an emphasis on variety and balance. Our daily menu features not only traditional Czech dishes but also international specialties.

The interior of the Monastic Restaurant has been recently renovated, creating a cozy and welcoming space ideal for family lunches, celebrations, corporate events, or wedding receptions.

"I experienced both shifts, the food was very good, excellent service, nothing to complain about the staff - they value their guests here.... A minor issue with one dish was resolved to mutual satisfaction, you can simply tell when the chef is cooking... And although I am not a beer drinker, most of the beers on tap tasted good to me, even thanks to tasting in 0.1 glass portions. The menu offers enough choices, everyone can find something. Prices are higher, but they fully correspond to the quality and service, I recommend visiting the restaurant!"

"A very attractive restaurant with partially visible beer brewing tanks. You can admire the beer production and taste excellent beers from the abbey microbrewery. There is also a shaded garden available. The food is delicious, with many local specialties, plus a daily menu at a good price. Breakfast is served here for hotel guests."
