ACCOMMODATION RULES
HOTEL RESORT KLÁŠTER ŽELIV
) GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. Based on the reservation confirmed in writing by the accommodation provider, the client may check in on the day of arrival from 14:00 to 22:00. Until this time, the accommodation provider reserves the room for the client unless a different request was made in the reservation and confirmed by the provider.
2. The check-out time is by 10:00 on the day of departure. Late check-out is possible upon agreement with the accommodation provider for a fee according to the current price list, provided that the current occupancy allows it.
3. The accommodation provider offers services to its clients within the scope mutually agreed upon. The client is obliged to pay for the accommodation and provided services in accordance with the valid price list of the accommodation provider no later than on the day of departure. The price list of accommodation and other services is available at the hotel reception.
4. The client is obliged to adapt their stay at the Klášter Želiv Hotel Resort and all its facilities and operations to their current health condition and physical and mental abilities.
5. The client is obliged to behave in a manner that prevents damage to health, property, nature, and the environment. The accommodation provider recommends that the client check the reason for entry into the room before opening the door to strangers and, in case of any doubt, immediately contact the reception.
6. In the premises of the Klášter Želiv Hotel Resort, the client must not disturb other clients or hotel staff with their behavior, must not be vulgar or aggressive, and must not insult anyone or speak inappropriately about others. In case of violation of this regulation, the accommodation provider is entitled to evict the client from the premises and cancel their stay without compensation.
7. The accommodation provider is not responsible for any damages caused outside the premises of the Klášter Želiv Hotel Resort.
8. The client must not carry weapons or ammunition into the accommodation facilities or store them in a state allowing immediate use.
9. Throughout the area of the Klášter Želiv Hotel Resort, the use of any intoxicating and psychotropic substances is strictly prohibited. The accommodation provider is entitled to inform the Czech Police and immediately cancel the client's accommodation if this prohibition is violated, without compensation.
10. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas with ashtrays. Smoking tobacco and electronic cigarettes is strictly prohibited in hotel rooms and other indoor spaces. In case of violation of this prohibition, the accommodation provider is entitled to charge the client a fine of 5,000 CZK for each proven violation.
11. For receiving visitors of accommodated clients, the hotel reception or other social spaces of the hotel are reserved. Visitors may only visit the room where the client is staying with the consent of a responsible employee or hotel management, between 08:00 and 22:00. Hotel staff are not authorized to provide any information about accommodated clients to third parties (except police officers after identification and proof of justified request) or to allow visits by third parties without the client's consent.
12. For safety reasons, the client is advised not to leave children under 12 unattended, either in the room or in other communal areas. For children under 3 years, a baby cot can be arranged in the room upon agreement. Price: 500 CZK per stay.
13. From 22:00 to 06:00, the client is obliged to observe the night quiet hours. With the consent of the operator (manager or deputy), social events may be organized in the premises of the facility even after 22:00, but only in designated areas.
B) ACCOMMODATION
1. Clients are not allowed to use their own electrical appliances in the rooms. This regulation does not apply to personal hygiene appliances (shaving machines, massage devices, hairdryers, etc.).
2. The accommodation provider reserves the right to check the room inventory (furniture, appliances, forgotten items) and the payment and consumption of the client. Forgotten and found items are stored at the hotel for a maximum of 1 month. Due to capacity reasons, they cannot be stored longer. The hotel is not obliged to inform the client about forgotten items.
3. In the room and social spaces, the client must not move interior equipment, make any changes or modifications to the equipment, or interfere with electrical wiring or other installations without the consent of a responsible employee or management.
4. Clients are not allowed to bring bulky items into the rooms, such as sports equipment, bicycles, strollers, etc. For storage of these items, the client should inquire at the reception.
5. Before leaving, the client must turn off the water taps, turn off the lights, close the window, lock the door, and return the room key at the hotel reception during check-out.
6. The accommodation provider may charge 500 CZK per key for lost/damaged keys.
7. Clients are obliged to leave hotel bathrobes in the room upon departure. If they leave them in the wellness center, this must be reported at the reception. Otherwise, the missing bathrobe may be charged.
C) MEALS:
1. If agreed with the client, the accommodation provider offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the hotel restaurant within the following hours: breakfast 8:00 – 10:00, lunch 11:00 – 14:00, dinner 17:30 – 20:00.
2. Clients are not allowed to take dishes from the buffet breakfasts, lunches, or dinners out of the restaurant.
3. Clients are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages not purchased directly at the accommodation facility. The consumption of alcohol is permitted only for persons over 18 years old, exclusively from the beverage menu or wine list of the accommodation provider.
4. Clients are not allowed to bring or consume alcoholic beverages or any other food purchased outside the accommodation premises.
5. The client must inform the staff of any serious health restrictions or dietary restrictions and report these at the reception or to the restaurant manager.
6. Staff are obliged to refuse to serve alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 and to persons clearly under the influence of alcohol.
7. All hotel rooms are equipped with minibars, which clients may use at their discretion. Prices and services are listed in the minibar price list. Minibars are replenished daily by room service. Each consumed or replenished item from the minibar is reported to the hotel reception by room service.
8. The minibar control sheet (even if the client did not consume from the minibar) must be filled out and returned to the hotel reception upon departure. Otherwise, the client's bill cannot be settled. By signing the control sheet, the client confirms the amount of consumption. The accommodation provider is not obliged to verify the minibar items upon departure.
9. In case of discrepancies in minibar consumption, the client will be charged the outstanding amount. No additional claims regarding the amount of consumption will be accepted.
D) PETS:
1. Dogs and other animals may only move within designated areas of the accommodation facility, and the client can only be accommodated in a room designated for stays with pets. The price for pet accommodation is charged according to the current price list. The following measures apply to the accommodation of dogs and other animals:
a) Dogs (except assistance dogs) and other animals are prohibited from entering and staying in areas where food is stored or prepared or where food and drinks are served. Dogs are allowed on the outdoor terrace.
b) Dogs and other animals are prohibited from entering all parts of the wellness center.
c) In all public areas, each dog must be on a leash and have a muzzle.
d) Dogs and other animals must not rest or lie on beds or other furniture used for client relaxation.
e) Equipment used for preparing or serving food to clients must not be used for feeding dogs and other animals.
f) The owner of the animal and the client who allowed the animal to stay in the room are responsible for the animal. In case of any damage caused by the animal to the facility, the client must pay the full amount of the damage. The accommodation provider reserves the right to charge for additional cleaning of the room or spaces contaminated by the animal and for bedding used for the animal's rest.
g) Cleaning, room inspection, and repairs in rooms where the client and animal are accommodated must be carried out in a manner that does not endanger staff or other clients. Inspection must be possible at least once a day to detect damages or excessive dirt. Staff are not obliged to clean or repair the room if they feel threatened by the dog or other animal in the room.
E) ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
1. The accommodation provider offers additional services such as wellness, boat rentals, bike rentals, and others according to the current offer.
2. The accommodation provider has a Wellness relaxation zone. Unless otherwise agreed, guests can only use the wellness relaxation zone during their stay, from 14:00 on the first day to 10:00 on the last day, within the opening hours of the Wellness relaxation zone.
3. The opening hours of the Wellness relaxation zone are from 16:00 to 22:00.
4. Use of the Wellness relaxation zone is a paid service according to the current price list.
5. In case of high demand for additional services by hotel guests, the accommodation provider reserves the right to limit the use of these services.
F) FINAL PROVISIONS:
1. Complaints and suggestions for improvement are accepted by the hotel management. A questionnaire is available in hotel rooms or at the reception.
2. The accommodation provider provides the following information to accommodated clients:
a) Operator: Klášter Želiv s.r.o. – Želiv 122, 394 44 Želiv, ID: 03502481, a company registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in České Budějovice, Section C, Insert 23000.
b) Business scope: according to the available extract from the Commercial Register.
c) Service designation: the accommodation provider arranges accommodation and related services based on the conditions specified in the reservation confirmation.
d) Designation of the member state or states of the European Union whose legal regulations will govern the relationship between the accommodated client and the accommodation provider based on the reservation confirmation: Czech Republic.
e) The language in which the client will communicate with the accommodation provider during the stay and in which the contractual terms and other information will be provided to the clients: Czech language.
3. The accommodation rules are valid and effective from 01.06.2024.
